WestMUNC Secretariat
The Secretariat is responsible for the planning and execution of WestMUNC XXXIV. Together, the Secretariat selects committee chairs, heads of staffs, and places both in-school and out-of-school delegates on the various committees. The Secretariat also handles miscellaneous organizational jobs and works out the financial logistics with the confernece so that WestMUNC can continue through the years.

WestMUNC Secretariat Descriptions
Undersecretary General: The Undersecretary General is responsible for helping the Secretary General with the tasks he or she must complete.
Undersecretary of Staffs: The Undersecretary of Staffs is responsible for organizing all the staffs and making sure that staff members fulfill their responsibilities.
Undersecretary of Content: The Undersecretary of Content is responsible for clearing all of the committee topics as well as editing and fact checking background papers.
Undersecretary of Training: The Undersecretary of Training is responsible for training committee chairs, making chair review materials, training delegates, and organizing MiniMUNC for the middle school.
Undersecretary of Interschool Communication: The Undersecretary of Interschool Communication is responsible for all issues regarding delegations from other schools.
Undersecretary of Intraschool Communication: The Undersecretary of Intraschool Communication is responsible for signing up and assigning delegates from Hastings High School.
Undersecretary of Materials and Finance: The Undersecretary of Materials and Finance is responsible for purchasing and distributing conference supplies, and for keeping track of conference finances.
Undersecretary of Technology: The Undersecretary of Technology is responsible for running the website and making sure that WestMUNC has adequate computer resources.
